End of Summer 2025 Season - Sunday, August 17th
We are closed for the 2025 summer season. We will reopen in May 2026.

To those wondering why the "short" season? 1) the chef has to go back to his regular chef job that follows the Penn State schedule and 2) it’s not currently financially feasible to stay open all year. We don’t want to go out of business because we tried to do too much too soon. We’re trying for a slow and steady approach to make sure we can be sustainable for years to come. This first short season was a way for us to learn the community and what works in the restaurant - we'll take those lesson and come back even stronger next year. The Phoenix will rise again in May 2026!

We will be doing some pop-up days before we open again next summer. The current pop-up schedule is:

Saturday, September 13th - Chicken Parmesan and a limited ice cream menu

Saturday, September 27th - Wings, cheesesteaks, and fries with a limited ice cream menu
-
More TBA - chef is looking to do one or two a month (Phoenix favorites and new items like soups and baked goods)
